Dinning room personnel disrespected me. Ask the cash attendant for hot fries but told him I'm not complaining. The dinning room personnel standing by listening. I asked her if coffee was ready, she making more fresh coffee. She replied, " You want hot fries and fresh hot coffee. I said yes. She repeated herself. I said without agitated emotions, I just asked for hot food. Shortly She went to management around the counter out of view and told on me. They talked loud enough to be heard in the dinning room. Bad conversation about me.

Constantly getting my take out orders wrong

Bojangles - Constantly getting my take out orders wrong

I visit the Bojangles in Jonesville, NC every Sunday on the way home from church. The orders used to be correct every time however for sometime now its been constantly wrong.

I always get takeout and I get unpleasantly surprised when I get home. For instance, I order unseasoned fries, get seasoned fries about half the time. I order ham biscuits with extra ham, get regular amount about half the time. Today I ordered two picnic size slaw, got small slaws.

I spend around $30 every time I go in there.

We really like the food, but I expect to get what I pay for. If it doesnt improve, Ill be forced to start going somewhere else.

I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. A car cut in front of me and they served her instead of making her go through the drive thru like everyone else

What more can I tell you. Wrong order. I take care of my 94 year old Mother in law, and she loves the sausage gravy biscuits combo. I am not sure why the worker would have an attitude with me because she filled the order wrong. Training is needed badly. I retired from Southwest Airlines and I own a book publishing company, and I never would project the mistake on my Customers.

I ordered the three-piece tenders. My biscuit was raw. My tenders were raw so I took it back to them and the doors were locked already and it was only 7 oclock. Pm All they did was give me my money back . I hope I dont get sick because I will sue them. It was literally raw Disgusting They need to hire better workers, that know what theyre doing.. The owners need to be there every day watching theses employees

Stopped at the mills river bojangles to get some food before work went through the drive through order a 2 piece dark with mash potatoes and gravy and pintos they gave me 2 legs in this order all the food was cold and the guy used a device to scan my card on his phone and steal money off my card who know how many people he has done this to I will be pressing charges on the person and the company for this I work very hard for my money and this is unacceptable and unprofessional the employees you have at that store are rude and very uncaring of what they do or say to people very *** ran and nasty food this is not how you run a business he got approximately $200 off my card and I am so very not happy at all would like to talk to a real person please thank you

Manager was very rude She wasn't nice at all and this wasn't the first time. If you want people to come to your restaurant, you are going to be friendly. I have no desire to go back ever. Even thou I love Bojangle.

It will never be satisfactorily resolved because Bojangle’s website doesn’t have live customer service to talk too and trying to put in a complaint, they make it impossible! They replied that someone would call but of course they didn’t.

I will NEVER go to Bojangles ever again. BAD BAD BUSINESS!!

I filled out complaint form and then tried to call 800#. If no one is going to answer and you want people to fill out and send an email, why have a phone #? Not only do you have false advertised food, cashiers who charge more than what the menu says and a manager who I complaint to doesnt make anything right and basically said you got what you ordered and what paid for which neither was true. No I cant even talk to anyone at corporate. I will never ever eat at Bojangles again!!!

Nobody in the store nobody in the Drive-Thru and nobody waited on me when I walked in the door I had to holler for help. When they came they just rolled their eyes. They are too busy talking and visiting people in the parking lot. I don't care how good your chicken is if you don't have customer service you don't have anything in your customer service is awful terrible customer service
