You had a restaurant full of workers. When I get into my bad of food every single biscuit is as hard as a hockey puck.

This is ridiculous. I do not understand how you could serve what had to be a day old, dried out breakfast food. I was on my way to work so its not like I could just turn around and ask for fresh food - this isn't the first time this has happened either.

Management should have someone in for quality control for every shift, I'm assuming that's what a person in the position is there for in the first place. So something like this doesn't happen, and if it does at least be equipped to rectify the situation.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $8.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
