Spent $ 21.31 on cold food French fries was cold. The fish sandwiches was cold and I stay away from this Bojangle like 17 miles.
A customer service was not that great. I would like to have a refund or gift card waste money.
I often go to Bojangles in the mornings, and this particular morning 02/15/2024 (Thursday) @7:50 a.m.. I was simply giving my order (my tone was cheerful by the way) and i then said "and i would like grape jelly please".
Lisa Burtin proceeds to say "You can give your condiments at the window!" Her tone was HORRIBLE!!! very POOR! and UNPROFESSIONAL! I was taken back by her tone and proceeded to go through the line just so i can let her know that was not needed and was very unprofessional plus I was hungry of course.
Lisa gets upset and yells and start hitting her hands. She should not be able to get away with this matter cause this is not the first time she has been rude.
But this time i'm choosing to come to you all cause something has to be done. Us as customers shouldn't have to receive this type of customer service!
Nobody in the store nobody in the Drive-Thru and nobody waited on me when I walked in the door I had to holler for help. When they came they just rolled their eyes.
They are too busy talking and visiting people in the parking lot. I don't care how good your chicken is if you don't have customer service you don't have anything in your customer service is awful terrible customer service
I walked into the Bojangles across from the mall in Hendersonville North Carolina. There was nobody there in the store or in the Drive-Thru.
Nobody at the counter either. I holler at anybody here. When they finally showed up they rolled their eyes.
Terrible customer service. I don't care how good your damn chicken is if you don't have customer service you're missing the boat.
