Bojangles - Employee cheated me out of cash & got my order completely wrong without giving me a receipt.
Also, this happened in Statesville, NC at 160 Turnersburg Hwy on December 19th, 2017.
The confrontation started after I ordered a 2 piece dinner, which the menu states as being 5 dollars and some change. This is a meal I have purchased plenty of times before.
I pulled around, going through the drive thru, to hear the employee constantly tell me the 2 piece dinner is 7 dollars and change. I tell her that is incorrect, but she insists the prices have changed. So, she takes my two extra dollars out of a 10 dollar bill without my knowledge. I receive my food and check it.
They had my order completely wrong and did not give me a receipt! So, I tell her the problems with my order and she still insists that is what comes in the 2 piece meal. So, upset and pressed for time, I let them "fix" the order but still, it was wrong.
I am very upset I was overcharged. I have sent a complaint to corporate, but I am unsure if I will ever hear back or have this error fixed.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $7.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
