Management and corporate has been notified. Nothing has changed.

Same poor management. Same poor food handling training. Dried out food, inadequet line stock. Reaching over food as a result.

Handling cup lids inside and out. Pushing lid buttons from both sides. Refills we get attitude. Just a poor place to eat in an otherwise nice area.

Tired of comaining to BJ. So Ill let them deal with customer service online.
