Bad service

1801 East Dixon Blvd. Shelby NC is a dirty restaurant and the kids employed there don't know manners and don't fill orders right ..

I ask for a 2 piece and got 2 pieces of what look like 2 lil chicken nuggets and got no biscuit and the Fry's was dumped in box with no fry holder bag ...

And had to sit there 18 at the window before they even got my money ... Never again will I go to suck an awful and dirty place and where the kids don't have no courtesy toward customers and I know this ain't the only complaint about this store this store is one of the worst

I like the lie that he “discarded” the food. His receipt is time stamped Wednesday February 26, 11:35am. Just his luck his “discarded” sandwich and pork topped off his trash can, it was also trash day and I bet he will say they came minutes after he took it to the curb.

Chao Pne

Then bring the food back to the store. They are just going to throw it out.

NO contamination there. Probably cannot afford the food and are trying to get a free meal by lying about how had the food was.

Pulled pork sandwiches

Bojangles - Pulled pork sandwiches

I had ordered the pulled pork barbecue sandwiches and I don't have anything but a teaspoon of pork and slaw, and this has made me very upset. I called the restaurant and the man told me, rather irritably, that you only get a scoop of pork and slaw, but all I had was bread.

I told him that if I wanted bread, I would have ordered a biscuit. I'm very upset because I don't feel good after trying to eat the bit of pork since I didn't get enough meat or coleslaw.

Preferred solution: I’m about scared to get a replacement because of people be doing things to your food. I would like both sandwiches replaced or a refund.

User's recommendation: Check out your food before leaving the line because don’t know what is inside of your food. I talk so good about the pulled pork sandwiches and look at me now, Sad and disappointed.

Also do not use the excuse of contamination to refuse to return the sandwiches because you cannot afford them. They are just going to throw them out.

SO unless you are lying to get a free meal. RETURN THE SANDWICHES.

Chao Pne

If you want a replacement or refund. RETURN THE SANDWICHES.

Complaint

Bojangles - Complaint

Monday, April 14 I went to the Bojangles in Beaufort South Carolina. I ordered a 12 piece with the three sides, macaroni and cheese, french fries, and dirty rice.

I also added two Bo- berry biscuits and a lage Dr. pepper.

My order was given to me and I drove off realizing that they did not give me my Dr Pepper. I had to turn around and go back. I was giving my Dr Pepper and I left for home and when I got home, I realized that the chicken wasnt of the quality that is recognized by Bojangles franchise, the chicken look more like KFC chicken and two of my chicken was missing, my blueberry biscuits were not inside of my order, my biscuits that goes with the 12 pack family meal was also not in the bag.

I made several attempts to contact the store, but the number listed on Google and Google search came up as a number no longer existing. I am exhausted and I have made a call to the corporate office, hoping that they will rectify this.

I visited your store (#041) on Sunday, 9/15/24, at 11:33 AM, and one of my sandwiches was incorrect. I called and spoke to someone who identified himself as the manager.

When I tried to explain the issue, he abruptly hung up on me. When I returned to the store to address the situation, he refused to give his name, and he and the staff laughed at me.

I recorded the entire incident, which provides a clear account of what transpired. I want you to know that I will not be returning to your store again.

Not to mention, if this person wanted a refund he should have returned the food. The man probably made a fool of himself demanding a refund, which is why they laughed at him.

Insulting manager

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Yesterday at 4:30 PM, I placed an order online to be picked up at the North Main Street store in High Point, NC at 5 PM. We were having slightly bad weather with less than 1 inch of snow on the ground, but I had received an email confirming my order, so I naturally assumed the store would be open when I arrived.

I drove for 15 minutes through snow and ice to get there, only to find the store was closed. I called the store this morning seeking some restitution for my wasted time and inconvenience and was met with a hostile assistant manager who told me there would be no such restitution other than a refund. However, she did offer an angry and insincere apology. Nothing else.

Not a free side order or even a free cup of water. Just a nasty, 'couldn't be less interested' attitude. I decided to do a little checking on social media to see what other people are saying about the Bojangles North Main Street store. I was not at all surprised to find a long and sorry record of complaints and poor reviews.

I have been a loyal Bojangles customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars over the years at the North Main Street store. Needless to say, this source of revenue ends for you this morning. Given the obvious lack of concern for quality service and customer relations, I will not expect any favorable response from what little management there is, but I do intend to join the thousands of unsatisfied customers in a quest to warn the public about the Bojangles' hostile treatment of customers and the profoundly unprofessional management. There was once a time in America when professional integrity and consumer relations were of paramount importance.

Businesses like Bojangles have stolen those qualities in recent years.

I look forward to the day when your company has to close your doors for good, for the greater good of America. John Houston.

You wrote this twice. As a said before, it is not the fault of any employee at your local store, that you were able to put in an online order.

That is entirely the fault of corporate; they control the app and the website and the entire online ordering process. If you are wanting anything beyond your full refund, take that up with corporate.

It does sound like a bad case of PMS was going on. I was surprised a guy wrote this too.

"revenue ends for you this morning" Absolutely NO ONE CARES. It's not as if you have that much more time left for anyone to worry about.

Thanks for posting your image. I thought this was post from a girl.

Chao Pne

NO ONE WAS HOSTILE. You are ONLY entitled to a refund.

NOTHING MORE. Stop being demanding and greedy.

They are not going to close their doors for good because you had a bad experience. Act your age.

Customer complaint

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I stopped by your Hope Mills.North Carolina location at around 12:15 PM during lunch on april 13 2025 ...Asked if I could receive breakfast items at this time was rudely told no that they were on lunch which I am under the impression that your establishment serves breakfast from 7 to 7... So i pulled around and parked and ordered online and received my Items so I want to know why I was refused to be served in your Drive through so rudely .

This is not the first tume this has happened to me at this location but it will be the last seeing as how they refuse customers in person and give preferential treatment to online orders ... i have kept a copy of my reciept ... i have witnessed employees at this location treat customers with disdain and disrespect and then laugh when those customers are outraged by their atrociuous behavior which is why i stopped coming for a long time and i will just resume my no patronage stance on this establishment since the have such disdain and hatred for your customers ... and an employee named malachai continuesly disrespected and talked down to the only person who acted like they cared to help me once i recieved

only half of what i ordered ...

which was a manager Richard who deserves a damn medal for putting up with malachai and the lady whose name i dont know who was just fussing at richard for helping me because she was more worried that he wasnt on the clock ... the employees cursed and bitched the entire time i stood there waiting mostly malachai

Bojangles - Explicit pictures on window
Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

Went thru drive thru at 1:15pm today to order chicken sandwich. When I got to window I seen the windows were decorated in snow art.

One of the pictures was a snowman with *** and *** I then asked lady at window about it. She wasnt concerned. It makes me wonder who is in charge and how this is deemed acceptable. There are hundreds of of people that come thru this line daily.

Im just one of them.

Truly disturbing that this is being allowed with no concern coming from store. I will be hard pressed to subject my family to this location anymore.

Thrown out for accident on floor

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I was at a Miami Bojangles near the Walgreens I work at and I have bowel issues at times. I was enjoying a 3 piece meal when I felt an accident coming on so I dropped my pants and went on the floor.

It was a natural act that happens to me often and my Mammie usually cleans it up but wasnt with me today. I was going to clean it up but wanted to finish my meal first.

The manager came at me yelling I had to leave and threatened to call the cops on me. For having an accident? I said I was going to clean it up, what did she want?

If I wasnt hooked on the chicken I would boycott them. Bojangles needs to realize people have health issues and not threaten to call the cops on them.

What was the "small-minded insult"? Are you talking about being called selfish?

I don't consider that an insult, in regards to you. I think the word fits. P.S. At least I know how to spell "wits".

Also, I don't care about any poor reviews of your local Bojangles; the ones in my city seem to do quite well. The company I work for places large breakfast orders for all the employees at least once a month from Bojangles.

Your small-minded insult is rendered meaningless and foolish by the 'MANY" complaints and miserable reviews about the North Main Street Bojangles store left by numerous customers on numerous social media websites. A Two, out of five-star satisfaction rating is nothing short of pathetic, as is your attempt to torpedo my review.

Try to convince me that you are not employed by BJs.

And consider this. If you want to engage in a battle of Witts, you might consider loading the brain you use as your weapon.

Guest

Your local Bojangles has zero control over the website, the app and any problems with online ordering. All of that is handled by their corporate offices.

If you are angry you were able to order when they were closed, take it up with corporate. What you don't do is blame anyone at your local store. A refund was offered, which is appropriate. Any freebies you were wanting should be directed at corporate.

Your "hope" they close is entirely selfish on your part. I have never had any issues with Bojangles and I certainly do not hope they close and leave people jobless.
